NOTE: We do NOT offer partial registrations. FM Mooberry, the conference founder wanted the conference to be a native plants community for the 2 days during the conference. We continue to honor her vision by not offering partial registrations. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
Registration includes main conference , housing and all meals (excluding meals on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning – these are extra)
We are pleased to announce there will be no increase in registration costs for 2011. Should the cost of the conference prevent you from attending the conference, please apply for one of our many Assistanceships.
1. Commuter (no housing)-$205 per person
2. Comprehensive dorm room double (shared room)-$250 per person
3. Comprehensive dorm room single (no roommate)-$300 per person
4. Comprehensive Shenks Hall double (shared room) -$285 per person
5. Comprehensive Shenks Hall Single (no room mate) – $380 per person
Wednesday night dorm room for June 3rd is an additional $27 for double dorm, $40 for single dorm, $45 for a room in Shenks Hall.
Early Riser Field Trips or Workshops are and additional $25 per person (These activities are not sold apart from FULL conference registration)
PRE-Conference Field Trips are an additional $75 per person
Continuing Education Certificate -$20 per person (These activities are not sold apart from FULL conference registration)
PRE-Conference Workshops are an additional $60 per person (These activities are not sold apart from FULL conference registration)
After May 25, add $25 for late registration
Assistanceships
Assistanceships (a.k.a. scholarships recipients who help us out a little during the conference) are available to assist persons who could not otherwise attend and will be awarded in honor of Conference Founder FM Mooberry. The grants cover a double, dorm room registration. To apply you must be at least 18 and submit the following: a cover page with name, address, telephone, email; a statement of financial need; a one-page statement on how the Conference will be of value to you; and a letter or recommendation from a supervisor or associate. Decisions will be based on demonstrated interest in native plants in the landscape and on financial need.
RECIPIENTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO SERVE AS CONFERENCE ASSISTANTS.
