Millersville Native Plant Conference Policy Against Harassment

The purpose of this anti-harassment policy is to establish clearly and unequivocally the long-standing policy that sexual and other forms of harassment by Millersville Native Plant Conference are prohibited, and to set forth procedures for objecting to and reporting incidents of harassment.

This policy applies to all affiliations and associations throughout Millersville Native Plant Conference. The protection provided by this policy extends to any such conference attendees who are harassed by fellow attendees, managers or by customers, tenants, vendors and other business associates. Millersville Native Plant Conference will not tolerate harassment, abuse, or retaliation of any of our affiliates, speakers and attendees. Any person or persons violating this policy may be subject to disciplinary actions, up to and including removal from Millersville Native Plant Conference.
